Wink & Whisper SMS Terms

These terms apply to customer-service text messaging with Wink & Whisper, an adult boutique at 2109 US Highway 2 East, Kalispell, MT 59901. Messaging is intended for adults 18 and older who own or are authorized to use the number contacting us.

Program description and consent

When you initiate a text conversation with us at (406) 300-4120, you consent to receive replies related to that inquiry, such as store information and customer support. Consent applies to that conversation and does not enroll you in recurring advertising or promotional texts. Providing a telephone number or making a purchase alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier determines any charges under your plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out; no further messages will be sent unless you provide renewed consent. Other clear requests to stop messaging will also be honored. You may call us for assistance without receiving texts.
